How it works

Choose a session category, package, travel area, and applicable add-ons.

Review the estimated total, package-specific deposit, and remaining balance before submitting.

Select an available date and preferred part of the day.

Nick reviews the request. After approval, the required deposit is paid to secure and confirm the date.

Deposits apply toward the total. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the session. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a refund of the deposit and other unearned amounts. Within 24 hours, the deposit is nonrefundable. Approved weather or client reschedules transfer the deposit to the replacement date. No-shows forfeit the deposit. Read the complete Booking & Payment Policies.
