The website design, text, logos, and other content are owned by Khaotic Lens Photography or used with permission. Photographs remain protected by copyright. Personal browsing is permitted, but unauthorized copying, downloading, reproduction, republication, sale, licensing, commercial exploitation, removal of ownership marks, or creation of derivative promotional materials is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You may not maliciously interfere with the website, probe or bypass security controls, submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, scrape protected photography, or use the site in violation of law.
Availability and booking estimates
Displayed availability is not guaranteed until a booking is approved and the required deposit is successfully received. Booking estimates are calculated from currently published packages, selected options, and travel areas. Prices may change for future unconfirmed bookings. The accepted price snapshot for an existing confirmed booking is preserved.
Third-party services
The site may link to or use third-party services, including Stripe-hosted Checkout. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Service availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and availability of every feature cannot be guaranteed.

Use of booking features is also subject to the Booking & Payment Policies and Privacy Policy.
Confirmed-booking agreement controls
These website terms do not replace or contradict a signed Photography Services Agreement. If there is a conflict concerning a specific confirmed booking, the signed Photography Services Agreement and incorporated booking summary control.
Governing law and severability
These website terms are governed by Florida law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
