Booking requests
Submitting a request does not reserve a date. Owner approval and successful deposit payment are required for confirmation.
Deposits
The required deposit is applied toward the total booking price.
Cancellation more than 24 hours before session
The deposit and other unearned amounts are refundable.
Cancellation within 24 hours
The deposit is nonrefundable. Unearned amounts above the deposit ordinarily remain refundable unless authorized nonrecoverable expenses apply.
No-show
The deposit is nonrefundable.
Rescheduling
Approved reschedules transfer the existing deposit to the replacement date.
Weather
Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Photographer transfers payment and deposit to the replacement date without penalty.
Final payment
Unless otherwise approved, the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the session.
Last-minute bookings
Bookings approved inside the final-payment window may require immediate payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical and remain subject to payment-processor and bank settlement time.
