Information collected
When applicable, we collect information you submit such as your name, email, phone, messages, requested date and time, session choices, booking details, and signed-agreement or model-release decisions. We also maintain payment status and limited Stripe transaction identifiers. The application may process limited technical and security information such as request timing, browser user-agent, rate-limit records, and privacy-preserving aggregate page analytics.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. Khaotic Lens Photography does not intentionally receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe applies its own privacy and security practices to information submitted on its hosted checkout pages.
How information is used
Information may be used to review and administer bookings; communicate with clients; manage payments, agreements, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, security, galleries, service delivery, and legitimate legal or business records.
Service providers
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, database, and file storage; Stripe for hosted payment processing; Google Calendar for availability synchronization; and, when configured, Resend or the accurately identified transactional-email provider for booking messages. The site uses first-party, aggregate analytics and does not use the submitted booking details to build advertising profiles.
No sale of personal information
Khaotic Lens Photography does not sell customer personal information.
Portfolio-release data
Portfolio authorization choices are used to determine whether identifiable work may be used for promotional purposes. Declining permission does not prevent a client from purchasing photography services.
Retention
Signed contracts and transaction records may be retained for legitimate legal and business-record purposes. Portfolio-consent evidence may be retained while corresponding authorized use continues. Operational records are retained only as reasonably needed for these purposes.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including hosted payment collection, restricted administration, hashed access tokens, audit records, rate limiting, and security headers. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Policy changes
This policy may be updated prospectively. Historical agreement and policy snapshots already accepted for a booking remain preserved.
